Awesome advice! Is there any way we could get a copy of that power point or a word document for future reference? Anyway, great job Emma!

    Great session.
I always thought that a writer needed to include a brief bio. Perhaps I’ll re-think this with my queries.

Excellent information, Emma! Thank you. As I craft my query letter for my picture book, I’ll have your guidance, as I have from the very beginning of this manuscript. Full circle!

For anyone who would like to experience more of Emma’s guidance and skillful teaching, I’d urge you to check out (and join!) Emma’s Children’s Book Hub. I’ve found it invaluable in my development as a writer.

Emma, thank you for taking time out of your busy day to break down writing query letters into four simple paragraphs. I have always hated writing queries with a purple passion, but with your advice, I can’t wait to get started!!
