Prize #5: Query Letter Critique from Tina Wexler with ICM

Literary agent with International Creative Management, Tina Wexler has offered to critique a query letter.

A bit about Tina…

Tina Wexler is an agent at ICM, representing writers in both the children’s and adult marketplace. Prior to joining ICM, she was with the Ellen Levine Literary Agency/Trident Media and the Karpfinger Agency. She is from southern Maine, holds an MFA in poetry, and lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband.

For everything you wanted to know about Tina, check out Casey’s run down.

And here’s how this will work. The winner will get to send Tina their query and she’ll personally critique it, offering honest, constructive criticism on how to improve it. The query can be for a picture book, middle grade, or young adult project, but you should know that Tina doesn’t actually represent picture books.

There is no time limit on when you can submit your query for critique. Sweet, no? YES.
